User Options
What is User Options?
You can configure your mailbox to customize mailbox views, add signatures and aliases, set mail filters, change passwords, etc.

How to set signatures?

1. Click "Email Setting" on the main navigation bar and click "Signature Setting".
2. Enter the signature content you want to append to the messages.
3. Click "Save" to finish .


Note:
  You can set at most 3 personal signatures.
  The signature will be attached to the bottom of the outgoing messages if you apply it.

How to set alias?

An alias is a special email address that points to your mailbox. Messages sent to the alias email address will be forwarded to your normal mailbox.
1. Click the "Email Setting" on the main navigation bar and click "Alias Setting".
2. The alias list is displayed. You can delete an alias by clicking "Delete".
3. Enter your new alias in "Add Alias" field.
4. Click "Add" to save the setting.


Note: Maximum 3 aliases can be set.

How to set a default email account alias?
Select an existing alias as the default email address when sending mails.
1. Click the "Email Setting" on the main navigation bar and click "Default Email Account Alias Setting".
2. Select an alias.
3. Click "Save" to finish.

What is personalization?
Personalization setting allows you to customize your mailbox view and operation styles.
1. Click the "Email Setting" on the main navigation bar and click "Personalization".
2. Set the following preferences:
  • Messages Per Page: The maximum number of messages displayed in one page.
  • Default Signature: Set a default signature.
  • Prompt Before Time Out:  Enable prompting of user to save their draft email before login session timeouts.
  • Saving Sent Mail To SentBox: Set if a copy of sent mail should be kept in SentBox. 
  • Including Original Text When Replying: Set if original message should be included while replying mail.
  • Message Headers: the related message MIME header information, choose from "Full" or "Hidden". Select "Full", all the information will be displayed.

How to set POP account?
1. Click the "Email Setting " on the main navigation bar and click "POP Accounts".
2. Input the following information:
  • Hostname: The IP address of the POP server from which you want to get email.
  • Username: Your POP account on that server.
  • Password: The password of that POP account.
  • Select if you want to leave a copy of the mail in the POP account or not. Mail will be deleted from your POP account if you select No.
  • Select which mailbox the mails from POP account will go to.
  • You can choice Enable or Disable this POP external mail retrieval feature. You can only retrieve POP external mails when this feature is enabled.

4. Click "Save" to save this POP account.

How to set blacklist?
If you want to block the messages from some addresses or domains, you can add them to the Blacklist.
1. Click the "Email Setting" on the main navigation bar and click "Blacklist Setting".
2. Enter the addresses or domains you would like to block from your mailbox, the addresses should be separated by ";". (eg: demo@singnet.com;singnet.com)
3. Click "Save" to complete.

How to set filter?
1. Click the "Email Setting " on the main navigation bar and click "Filter".
2. The existing filter rules are listed in this page. You can delete the rules by clicking "Delete" or change the state to enable/disable by clicking the rule's state.
3. Set the conditions for the filter by completing the If-Action statement.
4. Select "Enable", the rule will be activated.
5. Click "Add" to finish.

How to set auto forward?
1. Click the "Email Setting" on the main navigation bar and click "Auto Forward".
2. Select if you want to enable auto forward feature.
3. Select if you want to keep a copy of the mail for yourself.
3. Enter the email address you want to forward to in the "Forward to" field.
4. Click "Save" to finish.

How to set auto reply?
1. Click the "Email Setting" on the main navigation bar and click "Auto Reply".
2. Select "Yes" or "No" to enable or disable auto reply.
3. Enter the message body used in the reply message.
4. Click "Save" to finish.

How to change my password?
1. Click the "Personal Setting" in the main navigation bar and click "Change Password".
2. In the "Password Setting" page, enter your current password, new password and repeat the new password.
3. Click "Save" to finish.

How to set my personal information?
1. Click the "Personal Setting " on the main navigation bar and click "Personal Information ".
2. Enter your personal information in corresponding field.
3. Click "Save" to finish.
